Design cloud-native network functions for Rogers in Brampton, using Kubernetes, Docker, and advanced wireless signaling expertise onsite. Help evolve connectivity platforms.

As a Network Designer, you will serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert for Data Metering and Signaling platforms. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Engineering, you will guide design, development, testing, implementation, and evolution. The work includes virtualization, container and VM lifecycles, connectivity, storage, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, integrate, and deploy cloud-native network functions
- Own wireless platform design, integration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Author engineering specifications, test plans, work orders, and procedures




- Validate platform changes through controlled laboratory implementations
- Support Operations with troubleshooting and technical analysis

Requirements:

- University degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline
- Two or more years of hands-on cloud computing experience
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and microservices
- Knowledge of 5GC, LTE, 3G, and 3GPP architecture
- Solid troubleshooting skills in telco cloud and IP networking
