Underwrite complex commercial portfolios for Northbridge Insurance while serving brokers and applying underwriting expertise to unique risks. This hybrid position supports work from home up to two days weekly.
The Account Executive Underwriter manages highly complex portfolios under established guidelines and business objectives. You will develop broker relationships, cultivate opportunities, and underwrite profitable new business. The position also applies company underwriting philosophy, policy contracts, rating programs, and risk information sources.

Requirements
Post-secondary education or equivalent on-the-job experience
Completed CIP and/or FCIP designation
At least 12 years’ commercial property and casualty experience
Underwriting, sales, and negotiation expertise
Knowledge of contracts, rating programs, and statutory constraints
