You will collaborate with commercial, operational, finance, human resources, and leadership stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate customer and supplier agreementsAdvise on Canadian employment matters and workplace issuesAssess contractual risks and negotiate protective provisionsSupport claims, disputes, insurance notifications, and external counselMaintain legal records, contracts, matter files, and deadlinesRequirements:

LL.B. or J.D. from a recognized law schoolActive Alberta Law Society membership or prompt eligibilityThree to six years of relevant post-call experienceCommercial agreement drafting and negotiation experienceCanadian employment, disputes, or insurance experienceBring practical commercial judgment, employment law knowledge, and contracting experience to ROSEN’s Canadian and supported U.S. operations.
