Lead commercial real estate syndication for CSMC, assessing loan opportunities, securing investor approvals, and shaping pricing from Vancouver.This Vice President role connects institutional lenders, private investors, and CSMC deal flow through disciplined syndication. You will review term sheets and loan summaries, assess investor fit, and coordinate loan placement with East Coast and West Coast Syndicators. The position also provides structuring feedback to West Coast originators and holds a voting seat on the Internal Credit Committee.Key Responsibilities:
