Boald Construction Management is a commercial construction company based in St. Albert. We handle commercial interiors, tenant improvements, exterior retrofits, and institutional and municipal projects across Alberta, including work in occupied healthcare and seniors facilities.

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking person to support our projects as a general labourer. You'll also handle site deliveries and pick up equipment and materials. This is a hands-on role with a lot of variety.

What you'll do

- Pick up and deliver materials, tools, and rental equipment between suppliers, rental yards, and job sites
- Do general labour on site: demolition, cleanup, material handling, loading and unloading
- Help set up and maintain sites, including hoarding, protection, and dust and infection control barriers
- Keep the truck, tools, and equipment organized and in good condition
- Help trades and the site supervisor as needed
- Follow site safety rules and take part in toolbox talks and hazard assessments

Requirements




- Must be at least 25 years old (required by our insurance for drivers)
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's licence
- Clean driver's abstract (you'll need to provide a current copy)
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet in all weather
- Reliable, on time, and able to take direction
- Own CSA-approved boots and basic PPE

Nice to have
- Construction or labour experience
- Experience towing trailers
- Safety tickets such as First Aid, Fall Protection, or WHMIS
- Experience working in occupied buildings like hospitals or seniors facilities
