Key Responsibilities

Manage litigation files from pleadings through trial or resolution

Work on construction litigation, insurance disputes and arbitration matters

Advise on construction contracts and project-related legal issues

Handle Builder’s Lien filing,



enforcement and related litigation

Advocate for policyholders on insurance coverage matters

Requirements

LL.B or JD and British Columbia bar call

2–10 years’ post-call experience in related practice areas
