Construction Project Manager - Pre-engineered Steel Buildings Location: Oshawa, ON Employment Type: Permanent, Full time (Mon - Fri in the office with occasional travel to site) Must Haves: 5+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management.

Experience in Structural steel or pre-engineered steel buildings. Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills. Proficient in computer software, including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project.

Nice to Haves: Relevant construction management education.

Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of construction, ensuring effective communication with owners, consultants, and sub-trades. Lead on-site personnel, which includes superintendents and/or sub-trades. Oversee project initiation, scheduling, and cost control.

Prioritize and promote safety while ensuring projects are executed on schedule and with high quality. Prepare progress invoices, manage change orders to the owner, and oversee purchase orders/change orders to sub-trades. Close out projects efficiently and thoroughly.
