Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily construction activities across one or multiple projects
- Manage safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contractual performance
- Direct subcontractor bidding, selection, scopes, and change orders
- Review budgets, cash forecasts, status reports, and field progress




- Coordinate turnover documentation, warranty administration, and project closeout Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and seven years’ relevant construction project management experience
- Applicable experience may substitute for the degree requirement
