Lead building operations for Pomerleau Construction with expertise in safety, scheduling, and quality. Work Wednesday through Sunday on major projects.As an experienced Superintendent, you will support current and ongoing growth within Pomerleau Construction’s Building Operations team. You will work on building and infrastructure projects valued from $1.5 million to more than $1 billion.

The work involves project management teams, clients, trade partners, consultants, and subtrades. Your leadership will help maintain project excellence, health and safety, quality, and completion targets.Key Responsibilities:

Champion health, safety, and environmental protection across job sitesManage materials supporting the Quality Program and project excellenceMentor on-site teams and foster collaborationCoordinate trades,



consultants, schedules, milestones, and completion datesMaintain accurate project records and inventoryRequirements:

Seven-plus years in on-site construction environmentsExperience with projects valued from $20 million to $100 million-plusConstruction certificate, diploma, degree, or relevant experienceExperience managing safety, scheduling, quality, and cost controlAbility to work with trades, stakeholders, computers, and scheduling softwareBring construction leadership, safety knowledge, scheduling expertise, and quality focus to Pomerleau’s Building Operations team.
