Our client, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead operational excellence initiatives and drive sustainable improvements across its manufacturing facility. This role will play a key part in implementing a structured continuous improvement framework, strengthening operational performance, and building a culture of accountability and improvement at all levels of the organization.Daily responsibilities

Lead the deployment and execution of continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the manufacturing facility.Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, cost, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to establish improvement priorities and drive measurable results.Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis, problem-solving workshops, and process improvement projects.Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure operational improvements and sustain results.Coach and mentor employees and leaders on continuous improvement tools,



methodologies, and best practices.Support change management initiatives to embed a sustainable culture of operational excellence.Mandatory Requirements

Post-secondary education in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related discipline.Proven experience leading continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives within a manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience implementing structured manufacturing excellence systems such as TPM, TPS, WCM, or Lean Manufacturing.Robust understanding of Lean tools, root cause analysis, waste reduction, and performance improvement methodologies.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.Salary Range: $120,000 - 145,000 + 10% Annual BonusAdditional benefits include four weeks of vacation, five paid personal days, comprehensive benefits, and a retirement savings program.
