This manager leads the onsite Lean Production System program across all framework pillars. The position coordinates roadmaps, performance targets, deployments, health checks, and corrective actions. Requirements

Minimum five years of manufacturing experience

Hands-on knowledge of Lean Production System frameworks

Experience leading continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives

Solid project planning and organizational change capabilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Lean management tools
