As Digital Product Owner, Conversational AI, you will own product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and performance with the Director, Digital Customer Experience. You will translate customer, business, and operational problems into outcomes, requirements, and acceptance criteria. The role connects AI conversations, feedback, KPIs, and business targets to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain the Conversational AI vision, roadmap, objectives, and backlog

Translate problems into product outcomes and acceptance criteria

Prioritize trade-offs across value, risk, impact, and effort

Analyze conversations, feedback, transfers, containment, conversion, and failures





Communicate performance, priorities, risks, and decisions clearly

Requirements

Three to five-plus years in product ownership or management

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical, business, or analytics field

Robust analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills

Experience working in Agile environments; Scrum required

Conversational AI, APIs, integrations, and responsible AI knowledge is an asset
