We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and hard-working Cooks / Cashiers to join our team!

Position Overview

As a Cook / Cashier, you will be the face and flavor of our store! You will handle food preparation, cook orders according to standard recipes, provide friendly customer service at the counter and maintain a clean store environment.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen / Cooking:

- Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, pizzas, wings, sides, and menu items following strict recipe guidelines and portion controls.
- Operate ovens, deep fryers, and pizza preparation equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor cook times and ensure high standards of taste, appearance, and food quality.
- Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitary standards (HACCP/Food Handler guidelines) are met at all times.

Front Counter / Cashier:

- Greet customers warmly and take food/beverage orders accurately in-person or over the phone.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and process payments (Cash, Credit, Debit, Gift Cards).
- Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, daily specials, and dietary/allergy options.
- Package online, phone, and walk-in orders neatly and accurately.

Store Operations & Cleanliness:

- Maintain clean work stations, prep tables, ovens, fryers, counter areas,



and customer seating areas.
- Assist with restocking ingredients, paper goods, and drinks throughout the shift.
- Perform opening, mid-day, and closing cleaning procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Previous experience in Pizza Pizza will be an asset for this role, otherwise experience in fast food, customer service, cash handling, or kitchen environments is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated beginners!
- Certifications: Food Handler Certificate is an asset (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and POS operations.
- Requirements:
- Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
