Strengthen corporate accounting at Edison Properties in Winnipeg through accurate reporting, complex Excel analysis, and disciplined internal controls. This is a full time position.Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Financial Controller oversees financial results across Edison Properties’ entities and properties. The position coordinates reconciliations, audits, tax reporting, budgets, and forecasts.

It prepares Board and management reports while ensuring records comply with GAAP and supporting operational decisions.Key Responsibilities:

Ensure consolidated financial results remain accurate and GAAP compliantPrepare year-end documentation and liaise with external auditorsOversee CRA, GST, payroll, and Provincial Sales Tax reportingDevelop policies, procedures,



controls, and reporting systemsAnalyze variances and trends for senior leadership recommendationsRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree or better in AccountingFive to seven years of accounting or finance experienceSupervisory experience of two to three years requiredAdvanced Excel skills with complex spreadsheets and formulasValid driver’s license and satisfactory Criminal Record CheckUse corporate reporting, tax compliance, Excel, and internal control expertise to support Edison Properties’ financial operations.
