Lead corporate communications for Mars Snacking Finance, connecting leadership and Associates through clear messaging, storytelling, and multiple channels. The position supports North America.This Internal Communications Manager role develops communication strategies aligned with business objectives and Mars’ Canadian agenda. You will partner with Leadership Team members, Internal Communications, Inclusion and Diversity, and People & Organization teams.

Five-plus years in corporate internal communicationsDegree or equivalent in Business or Communications preferredAbility to work across management levels and personalitiesOrganizational agility and robust professional composureUnderstanding of two-way, pull, and push communication channelsUse leadership partnership, strategic communications, and evaluation skills to strengthen Mars Snacking Finance communications across North America.
