This Manager, Marketing and Communications reports to the Director, Digital Marketing, within QuadReal Property Group. You will translate business objectives into channel priorities, content pillars, and measurable campaigns.

Responsibilities span story ideation, research, creative delivery, agency coordination, and performance-informed recommendations for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop enterprise editorial calendars aligned with corporate activities

Produce stories and campaigns about QuadReal’s platforms

Ensure creative content follows brand guidelines consistently





Optimize external content for user experience, SEO, and GEO

Translate testing results into planning recommendations

Requirements

Six or more years in digital marketing, communications, or social media

Track record building strategies from business objectives

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Experience with content management systems and digital assets

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Use editorial leadership, storytelling, channel strategy, and performance insight to strengthen QuadReal’s corporate communications.
