Help inform, engage, and build trust as a Communications Specialist at Nch’ḵay Development Corporation. Strengthen internal, external, and community communications.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, you will support communications across Nch’ḵay̓’s organization. The position develops leadership messages, organizational updates, announcements, employee communications, project materials, and public-facing initiatives. You will also manage communications requests, support media relations, assist with reputation management, and help deliver communications plans on time.

Key Responsibilities

Develop internal communications for informed, connected employees

Draft leadership messages, updates, announcements, and employee communications

Support media monitoring, releases, inquiries,



and interview coordination

Develop materials for projects, partnerships, and business initiatives

Assist with reputation management and issues communications planning

Requirements

Five to seven years in communications or related fields

Experience creating content across multiple formats and channels

Solid relationship-building and collaboration skills

Excellent organizational and task management abilities

Sound judgment handling sensitive information professionally

Apply corporate communications expertise to leadership messaging, media relations, reputation management, and organization-wide engagement.
