Lumentum seeks an analytically rigorous, execution-oriented leader for its Corporate Development team. You will work with the Chief Strategy Officer and executive leadership on strategic initiatives supporting long-term strategy, growth, and value creation. The work spans valuation, scenario modeling, due diligence, negotiations, and integration.

Key Responsibilities

Identify M&A;, divestiture, investment, and partnership opportunities

Develop valuation, accretion, return, scenario, and sensitivity analyses

Lead transactions through assessment, diligence, negotiation, and integration





Prepare recommendations for the CEO and Board

Build synergy plans and manage integration activities

Requirements

At least five years in corporate development, investment banking, or related fields

Hands-on experience leading deals from start to finish

Robust financial modeling and transaction-structure knowledge

Excellent communication with senior executives and Board members

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
