As a start-up lawyer, you will advise growth companies on corporate legal services and related employment matters. The position requires a law degree, Ontario membership, and at least five years advising entrepreneurs and start-ups. Advise companies on formation and shareholders' agreements
Support private placements and corporate transactions
Draft terms and conditions of use
Represent Caravel at start-up conferences and networking events
Law degree
Membership in valuable standing with the Law Society of Ontario
Bring start-up counsel, corporate transactions, and independent judgment to Caravel Law clients in Toronto or across Canada remotely. #
