Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. seeks counsel with strong litigation experience for its in-house legal team. You will manage disputes, advise business leaders, and support corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. The work requires practical judgment, explicit communication, and effective priority management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial, employment, property damage, fleet, and regulatory disputes

Assess exposure and develop litigation strategies for senior leadership

Oversee external counsel, budgets, costs, and file progress

Handle demand letters, settlements, mediation, and pre-litigation disputes





Coordinate regulatory inspections, orders, enforcement, preservation, and discovery

Requirements

Law degree and Ontario Law Society membership in good standing
