Are you a dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys providing exceptional customer service? Perth Parkside Hotel & Spa, BW Premier Collection, is looking for a friendly and motivated Night Auditor to join our growing team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a welcoming and supportive team.

We offer a guaranteed 30 hours per week, providing consistent hours and the opportunity to grow within our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service during overnight hours.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries.
- Complete daily night audit procedures, including balancing transactions, verifying payments, and preparing financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy in guest accounts, billing, and daily hotel records.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or concerns.
- Monitor hotel security and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for guests.
- Prepare the front desk and necessary reports for the morning team.
- Communicate important information to management and other departments.
- Assist with general front desk duties and other operational tasks as required.
