Kota Graphics is looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Estimating Coordinator.

This position plays an important role in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and coordinating communication between our customers, designers, and production team.

We're looking for someone who is a quick learner, comfortable working with numbers and measurements, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Experience with reading drawings a must
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Prepare estimates and quotes for a variety of signage and graphics projects.
- Coordinate quote requests between customers, designers, and production staff.
- Review artwork, measurements, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure accurate quoting.
- Communicate with customers regarding pricing, proofs, revisions, and approvals.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and maintain organized project records.
- Assist with basic artwork adjustments and proof preparation when required.
- Help keep projects organized and moving forward efficiently.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.




- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with measurements, calculations, and pricing. Reading drawing's and take offs a must.
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar graphic design software.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
- Previous experience in signage, printing, graphics, estimating, or project coordination is an asset.
- Ai experience is an asset

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in getting things done accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable talking with customers, working through the details of a quote, and collaborating with a creative production team.

This is primarily a customer service, estimating, and coordination role rather than a traditional graphic design position.

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
