- Operate and manage a multiline telephone system
- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and document information.
- Maintain and update call logs, call records and other documentation.
- Use of 2 way radios
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have fluent English
- Mature person
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work alone or in team structure
