Support creative production at MLSE by tracking Airtable briefs and coordinating communications, deadlines, and production tasks. Gain hands-on experience through production shoots.

This intern supports the creative studio and account managers across assigned projects. You will help establish approval deadlines, workback schedules, and project plans. The experience includes campaign shadowing and coordination within MLSE departments and with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and track project briefs in Airtable
- Complete assigned tasks for creative and account teams
- Coordinate emails, approvals, deadlines, and workback schedules
- Attend production shoots for hands-on training
- Assist with physical production coordination as needed

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in Media, Marketing, or related studies
- Solid communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail working independently or collaboratively
- Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of creative and project management workflows
