This Creative Production Project Manager reports to the Creative Operations Manager. You will oversee projects from start to finish, including product launches, digital initiatives, retail work, photography, and translation. The position requires planning, project scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and documentation. You will help balance business needs, team expectations, and resources while supporting effective creative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee creative production execution across launches and initiatives

Manage concurrent projects, timelines, workloads, and deadlines





Brief teams and provide project plans and resource allocation

Facilitate cross-functional meetings, updates, and troubleshooting

Coordinate vendors, invoices, budgets, and digital lightbox content

Requirements

Three to five years of project management experience

Creative, marketing, or production experience managing projects end to end

Exceptional planning, communication, time management, and organizational skills

Adobe Creative Suite and project management software experience

Robust attention to detail and calm deadline management
