We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Provide friendly and productive customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash register at the end of shifts.
- Assist in food safety practices,
including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Support team members in daily operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
