Support AMZ Prep’s US expansion through cross-border accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting across North American operations.This Financial Controller leads financial and accounting components of the US entity setup. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Strategy, you will coordinate advisers, develop intercompany processes, and support transfer pricing. The position also oversees statutory reporting, audits, reconciliations, treasury, and controls.Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial components of US entity setupCoordinate external tax, legal, and accounting advisersDevelop intercompany accounting processes and documentationSupport transfer pricing and cross-border tax planningCoordinate year-end reporting and audit requirementsRequirements:

Significant experience in financial accounting or controllershipKnowledge of Canadian corporate tax and HSTUnderstanding of payroll compliance and audit requirementsExperience with US entities or cross-border accounting preferredStrong communication and cross-department collaboration skillsApply cross-border finance, tax compliance, and accounting leadership to help establish AMZ Prep’s scalable US structure.
