Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Meridian Home Services is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to support our heating, cooling, and home services teams.

As a key member of our office team, you will help customers book service, coordinate appointments, and connect with the right people. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, takes ownership of customer requests, and stays organized when the phones get busy.

What You’ll Do

- Answer incoming calls and emails with a welcoming, professional approach.
- Schedule service calls, maintenance appointments, and sales consultations.
- Ask questions and record accurate details so our technicians arrive prepared.
- Recognize urgent requests and work with dispatch to prioritize calls.
- Respond promptly to new equipment inquiries and book appointments with our sales team.
- Keep customers informed about appointments, technician arrival times, and scheduling changes.
- Maintain accurate customer records, equipment information, and job notes in Service Titan.
- Explain maintenance membership options and assist with customer inquiries.
- Follow up on outstanding requests and help resolve concerns.
- Work closely with technicians, dispatch, sales, and administration to keep daily operations running smoothly.

What You Bring




- Customer service experience, preferably in a busy office, call centre, or service business.
- Strong telephone skills and clear verbal and written communication.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- The ability to manage several priorities while remaining calm and courteous.
- Confidence using computers, email, and scheduling software.
- A reliable, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or HVAC, plumbing, or home services is an asset.
- French-language skills are an asset.
