You will apply codes and scope requirements, resolve field technical issues, and support construction and quality activities. Key Responsibilities

Respond to RFIs and FCNs with practical technical solutions

Review shop drawings, work packages, and construction documents

Conduct inspections, audits, and contractor quality surveillance

Initiate and close NCRs, FCNs, and DCNs





Support walkdowns, deficiencies, and final turnover packages

Requirements

P.Eng. registered with APEGA and able to authenticate work

CSA, civil, structural, or architectural background

Strong QA/QC experience in construction environments

Experience with ITPs, inspections, turnover, and contractor management

Oil Sands, heavy industrial, brownfield, or greenfield experience
