As a Customer Service representative, you’ll support customers through clear, courteous communication and help them find suitable solutions. Responsibilities

- Respond to customer questions using professional phone etiquette and clear spoken and written communication.
- Complete data entry accurately, update customer records, and document interactions for consistent follow-up.
- Analyze customer needs, explain relevant options, and support sales through appropriate product recommendations and upselling.
- Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers, using bilingual or multilingual communication to make service more accessible.

Requirements Required: Strong customer service, communication, phone etiquette, accurate data entry, and practical analysis skills are essential for handling inquiries, documenting details, and matching solutions to customer needs. English proficiency supports clear service and accurate records. Preferred: Bilingual or multilingual ability, particularly English and Spanish, is valuable, along with related customer service or sales experience and confidence identifying appropriate upselling opportunities.

Pay: $18.25-$18.95 per hour
