Customer Service Representative Location: Mississauga, ON (Keaton Crescent, Mississauga, ON) Pay Rate: $20/hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks (Temporary) Position Overview We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide temporary support to a busy customer service team during a period of increased workload. The successful candidate will assist with handling inbound calls and responding to customer email inquiries, ensuring timely communication and maintaining service levels.

Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and shipment-related inquiries. Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally. Follow up on shipment requests and provide customers with timely updates.



Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries. Support the customer service team with daily administrative tasks as required. Ensure customer inquiries are addressed efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, transportation, or logistics is preferred. Robust verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable handling a high volume of customer calls and emails. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
