Zee Jay Mechanical is looking for a Customer Service Representative with HVAC industry experience to join our team.

Requirements:

- Previous HVAC industry experience preferred
- Transparent communication, customer service, phone etiquette
- Experience scheduling service calls and dispatching technicians
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, phone calls and emails
- Organized, reliable and able to multitask
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- English proficiency is needed to communicate clearly and document requests.
- Sales or upselling experience is an asset
- Knowledge of HVAC industry software like Service titan, House Call Pro etc.
