Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet customers according to company standards and customer service guidelines.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through open, friendly, and effective communication.
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using approved tools and resources.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and organize documentation.
- Sort incoming mail and packages and place them in the correct mailbox locations.
- Process shipments in accordance with company procedures, carrier requirements, and operational guidelines.
- Operate office equipment and software to provide printing, scanning, faxing, copying, and related business services.
- Assist customers with packaging,



shipping options, and other store products and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Support daily store operations and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 28.0 per week
