Cost control expertise meets SLB’s data center infrastructure business, supporting project budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and audit-ready reporting. Some travel may be required. As a Cost Controller, you will manage costs through pre-construction and execution for hyperscale data center projects.

You will convert tender estimates into control budgets and maintain visibility of commitments, expenditures, and forecasts. The position works daily with construction, contracts, supply chain, finance, and project management teams. GMP and cost-reimbursable models require transparent reporting and alignment with contractual cost principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish project cost control systems from approved values and estimates
- Track commitments, expenditures, forecasts, progress, and contractual baselines




- Identify cost risks and support corrective actions
- Prepare invoices and reconcile costs, progress, and commitments
- Review vendor invoices, changes, retention, fees, and allowances Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent project cost control experience
- Seven to twelve years in construction or industrial project cost control
- Understanding of forecasting, earned value, and ANSI/EIA-748 principles
- GMP or cost-reimbursable contract experience with audit transparency
- Proficiency with SAP, OMEGA, ERP tools, and data analysis Apply cost forecasting, project accounting, invoicing, and transparent reporting skills to SLB data center projects.
