Job Summary NOTE THIS POSTION IS PROJECT BASED 1 TO 2 WEEKS The Data entry contract position supports accurate, organized information management through data entry, data collection, and clerical tasks. You will maintain records in databases and ERP systems, use Microsoft Excel to organize information, and help colleagues access reliable, up-to-date records.

Duties

- Enter, review, and update information in databases and ERP systems, checking records for accuracy and completeness.
- Collect and organize data, use Microsoft Excel to maintain and review information, and flag inconsistencies for follow-up.
- Support administrative and clerical work through filing, document organization, and routine office tasks.
- Apply consistent data entry and typing practices while keeping digital and paper records orderly.





Experience Required: Practical computer skills, accurate typing, attention to detail, and organizational skills to enter, check, and manage information consistently. Preferred: Office, administrative, or clerical experience, including familiarity with databases, Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, filing, or data collection, can help you contribute confidently and support productive recordkeeping. Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
