Cohere is seeking a data infrastructure engineer to help scale our storage layer for model training. You will design, build, and operate a distributed storage system that feeds training workloads across multiple clusters.

You will work with researchers to optimize data access (throughput, latency, durability) and tackle networking, I/O, and cross-region data challenges, ensuring GPU utilization remains high and time-to-insight is minimized.
