As a Data Management Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of our employee, customer, product and master data. This position is responsible for supporting data governance standards, maintaining clean and reliable data, and acting as a knowledgeable partner to internal teams with data-related questions. This role also supports small projects related to product content initiatives, AI-enabled tools, and ongoing improvements to our website experience.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working with and tracking structured data, and motivated by maintaining high-quality information that supports both internal teams and customer-facing channels.
