Manager – Banking & Financial Services Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid) Client: Synechron Industry: Banking & Financial Services Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology programs and client engagements within the Banking & Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience working with large banking or financial services organizations, combined with a track record of managing complex technology programs and distributed teams in an IT services or consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of technology programs and client engagements, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, quality, and financial objectives. Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders. Lead and manage large, cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across multiple workstreams.

Manage program financials, including revenue, margins, budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and delivery profitability.



Drive adoption of modern engineering, cloud, data, and AI capabilities where relevant to client transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications 10 years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or consulting, with significant experience in an IT services organization.

Strong

Banking & Financial Services domain experience, preferably with large banks or financial institutions. Proven experience managing complex, multi-year technology programs and large delivery teams.

Experience managing P&L; / financial performance, including revenue, margin, budgeting, forecasting, and utilization. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.

Preferred Experience Experience delivering transformation programs across areas such as Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, Wealth Management, Risk, Regulatory Technology, Data & Analytics, Cloud, or AI/ML.

Experience working in an Agile / Scrum / DevOps environment. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
