Passion Dental Group needs an experienced Regional Director with previous dental operational leadership experience. You will coach Clinic Managers, support recruitment and development, address team challenges and create clear accountability. The work connects people leadership with clinic performance, patient care and day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with Doctors, People & Culture and Support Office partners while tailoring support to individual clinic needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, onboard, develop and retain strong clinic teams
- Coach Clinic Managers through performance and leadership priorities




- Provide feedback and support performance management activities
- Build trusted partnerships with Doctors and clinical teams
- Strengthen patient care and operational priorities together

Requirements:
- Previous operational leadership experience within the dental industry
- Ability to build, develop and retain solid teams
- Experience coaching managers and addressing performance challenges
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Five or more years of dental leadership experience preferred
