Dental Administrator Position

Join our team at S Verbeek Dentistry! We're currently seeking a full time Dental Receptionist to provide excellent administrative support and patient care.

:

· Greet and assist patients with scheduling appointments and inquiries

· Manage appointment schedule efficiently, ensuring proper coordination between patients and dental professionals

· Process billing and insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner

· Provide general administrative support, including maintaining patient records and handling correspondence

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a dental receptionist or dental assistant is preferred, but we are willing to train a highly motivated and committed individual

· Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite





· Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

· Experience with Dentrix dental software is a plus

Hours: Approx. 36 hours per week

Wage: Competitive wage offered based on experience and performance
