At EliseAI, we’re improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be.Housing : We make it easy to schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and we help patients communicate with providers, so everyone can focus on health instead of paperwork. We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission. Our goal is to take Elise from agentic AI to truly end-to-end autonomous operations, fundamentally transforming how housing operators run their businesses and how residents experience their homes.Future Platforms will operate as a startup within a startup, run like a Seed or Series A company but with the capital, resources, and market access of a well-funded Series E, deep C-suite involvement (CEO, CRO, CSO, CTO) and founder-level ownership from day one.As an Deployment Strategist on the Future Platforms team, you’ll help found and scale a critical new function at EliseAI: taking our future platform products from early customer promise to live, adopted, business-impacting deployments.

You’ll act as the primary driver of engagement success: building alignment across complex customer stakeholder groups, guiding high‑stakes implementation and workflow decisions, and coordinating tightly with Product and Engineering to translate real‑world needs into clear requirements and shipped improvements. Because this platform is early‑stage and scaling quickly, you’ll run engagements and help systematize how we do them, building repeatable playbooks, processes, and systems that let us scale rapidly without losing quality. This role is ideal for someone who wants to own complex deployment outcomes end‑to‑end: comfortable with ambiguity, strong in stakeholder management and execution, energized by building internal systems that scale,

and willing to do whatever it takes to drive customer outcomes.Serve as the primary driver of customer deployments from late-stage sales handoff through launch and post-launch stabilization; guide customers throughtradeoffs, product constraints, and adoption choices Hold a full book of concurrent deployments at different stages; keep cadence, risk tracking, and launch readiness current on every one without dropping threads Maintain multi-threaded project plans under ambiguity; create clear operating cadences, risk tracking, and launch readiness Configuration and launch: Collaborate with product operations, engineering, and training teams to drive product configuration, data migration, launch, and successful adoption Support change management: Partner with client leadership on communicating the change through their organization, and identify where workflows or incentives need to shift for adoption to stick Bring net-recent workflow and product requirements to Product/Engineering, grounded in scoping learnings, customer input, and real-world usage Feed lessons from engagements into the processes and templates that improve speed and quality as we scale help scope realistic engagements and identify follow‑on opportunities We’re looking for founder‑minded leaders who take pride in getting complex enterprise deployments live and keeping them healthy. You likely have:5–8 years running enterprise software implementations, platform migrations, or technology transformation programs,

for example implementation and delivery roles at enterprise SaaS companies, technology consulting, or systems integration Demonstrated track record of taking enterprise deployments live: you can speak to specific implementations you’ve owned, the obstacles you hit, and how you got to launch Strong technical intuition, demonstrated by STEM degree or equivalent technical background Proven ability to independently manage complex projects end‑to‑end in a client facing setting Willingness to travel ~2x per month for ~2-3 days Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it.

In addition to the growth and impact you’ll have at EliseAI, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits:Equity in the company Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100% Fully paid parental leave A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and all meals covered in the office Unlimited vacation and paid holidays We’ll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful!
