The Program Specialist provides specialized program, project, and educational leadership for Diagnostic Imaging Central Intake. This role supports standardized referral pathways, provincial initiatives, and coordinated access models. You will guide implementation, change management, system optimization, and practical learning resources without direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Diagnostic Imaging coordinated access projects and workflow redesign

Develop training materials for teams and referring providers

Translate provincial standards into practical job aids

Analyze referral data and identify improvement opportunities





Monitor project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and issues

Requirements

Baccalaureate degree in Healthcare Administration or related discipline

HICA designation and CHIMA membership, or eligible commitment

Minimum two years of progressive healthcare program experience

Experience with access, referrals, imaging, or ambulatory pathways

Robust analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
