Lead digital transformation projects through ERP implementation, change control, and risk management within the University’s strategic programme. Work across complex business change workstreams.As Project Manager, you will provide expert management for the HR and Finance Transformation Programme. The programme includes multiple projects, a recent Enterprise Resource Planning system, and revised HR and Finance service delivery models.

You will coordinate technical and business change components.Key Responsibilities:

Manage work packages across one or possibly two workstreamsPlan projects and control approved changesManage risks and oversee project financialsApply governance controls across technical and business changeManage sponsors, system owners,



partners, and programme colleaguesRequirements:

Project management experience in a technical, customer-focused environmentStrategic experience engaging specialists and decision-makersProven success initiating and leading changeStrong communication and influencing skills at all levelsIT project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or APMQ idealApply project governance, stakeholder management, and change leadership to deliver sustainable value through HR and Finance transformation.
