Lead responsible AI governance and enterprise analytics for the City of North Vancouver, shaping ethical transformation and data-driven municipal services.Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, this director role guides artificial intelligence, enterprise data, analytics, and Geographic Information Systems. You will develop strategies aligned with Council’s Strategic Plan and organizational priorities. The mandate includes trustworthy governance, service modernization, organizational performance, and informed decision-making.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsible AI governance frameworks, policies, and standardsLead enterprise AI, Data and Analytics Strategy developmentAdvise executives on innovation, emerging technologies, and transformationLead analytics, business intelligence,
