Shape continuing education operations at NAIT by connecting strategic priorities, curriculum development, financial administration, and institutional collaboration.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate and Continuing Education, this senior operational leader supervises four managers and supports coordinated delivery. The Director builds sustained relationships with Student Progression and Registrar, ITS, Advancement, Finance, and other partners.

Responsibilities include service standards, performance measures, resource alignment, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Translate strategic priorities into coordinated operating plans

Supervise managers across four CCE operational areas

Review outcomes and address training delivery risks





Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective action

Represent CCE in institutional planning and committees

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

Extensive operational leadership and team management experience

Knowledge of NAIT’s structure and strategic priorities

Understanding of privacy, accessibility, copyright, and employment legislation

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and specialized applications

Use strategic planning, curriculum operations, and institutional partnership skills to strengthen NAIT’s continuing education delivery.
