Baycrest Hospital seeks a Director with financial accounting and systems integration expertise for a full time Finance leadership appointment.Reporting to the Vice President, Finance and CFO, this Director leads financial accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial systems functions. The position oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, regulatory reporting, audit coordination, and compliance activities. It also serves as Finance lead for technology, systems, and business transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial accounting, reporting, and financial operations functionsOversee financial close, reconciliations, accruals,



and statementsCoordinate external audits and audit documentationLead Finance participation in enterprise systems initiativesManage assigned staff and departmental prioritiesRequirements:

University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldRequired Chartered Professional Accountant designationFive years’ related experience in a non-profit organizationExperience with SmartStream, MEDITECH, and Microsoft softwareKnowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting PrinciplesLead Baycrest Hospital’s financial integrity and systems transformation through accounting, compliance, reporting, and data governance expertise.
