As Celestica’s Director Growth Enablement, you will equip sales and account teams across ATS Market Segments. You will create enablement strategies, improve sales processes, manage technology adoption, and connect cross-functional stakeholders. The position supports account planning, content management, performance analysis, and reporting for bookings, funnel metrics, outlook, customer updates, and market trends.

Success requires strategic planning, transparent documentation, and data-informed decisions.

Drive enablement actions for ATS Market Segment sales targets

Develop strategies, goals, KPIs, and stakeholder feedback loops

Create sales collateral, playbooks,



and buyer-journey resources

Oversee sales technology implementation, training, and adoption

Report monthly and quarterly sales and funnel metrics

Requirements

5–10+ years in sales enablement or related roles

Experience improving sales onboarding, ramp, and knowledge sharing

Exceptional writing, documentation, and content management skills

Experience with CRM, Sales Navigator, Challenger, and analytics tools

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
