The Director, Identity and Access Management defines global IAM and Directory Services strategy for McCormick. You will guide authentication, authorization, privileged access, identity lifecycle services, and directory modernization. The position leads internal teams and managed service providers while partnering with Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Applications, HR, and Service Management.

Key Responsibilities

Define IAM and Directory Services strategy, standards, and roadmap

Lead Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and federation

Automate provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement workflows

Advance least privilege, access reviews,



and privileged access management

Direct teams, providers, budgets, licensing, and service performance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

At least 10 years of progressive enterprise technology experience

Expertise with Active Directory, Entra ID, hybrid identity, SSO, and MFA

Experience with access governance, privileged access, and lifecycle automation

Experience leading technical teams and managed service providers
