This permanent full-time Director joins the Senior Leadership Team and guides long-term civic facility plans. The position oversees facility-related assets, real estate portfolios, waste management, and community-focused climate action. Success requires collaborative leadership in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities: Lead long-term strategic civic facility planning

Oversee facility-related asset management programs

Manage the District’s real estate portfolios

Provide strategic oversight for Sustainability

Lead environmental stewardship and waste management

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or advanced certification in a related field

Minimum eight years of progressively responsible leadership experience

Five years leading multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and initiatives

Project Management Professional certification preferred

Unionized workplace management experience considered an asset
