Vatcher's Property Pros is an established and growing exterior construction company specializing in hardscaping, excavation, and land clearing.
We're looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual to work directly alongside ownership to help manage, develop, and scale the business.
This isn't your typical management position. We're looking for someone who wants to take initiative, make decisions, build systems, and play a meaningful role in the company's future.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and project coordination.
- Develop and execute sales and growth strategies.
- Manage scheduling, employees, and customer relationships.
- Improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Build systems and processes to support long-term growth.
- Work directly with ownership on strategic decisions.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in business management, operations, or business development.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven attitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Construction or trades industry experience is an asset.
Compensation & Opportunity This position will initially be part-time, with a guaranteed base of $200 per week for a limited, agreed schedule, plus opportunities for performance-based compensation and profit-sharing.
Hours will be limited to ensure compliance with applicable employment standards.
As the business grows, there is potential to transition into a larger leadership role with increased responsibilities and compensation.
